Day 2 | August 7 | Fruita

Continuing West, your route allows you to witness the splendor of Colorado. Evening Accommodations at Comfort Inn * Breakfast Included

Day 3 | August 8 | Moab

This morning you enter Canyonlands National Park Preserves, where you experience canyons, mesas, buttes, arches, spires, and more in the high desert of southeast Utah. With viewing from several different overlooks, you will have ample opportunity to see the beauty of the park and take amazing photographs. En route to Arches National Park, you stop at Dead Horse Point State Park for more breath- taking views. Arriving in Arches National Park, viewing stops will be made at Balanced Rock, Delicate Arch, North and South Window, and more. Evening Accommodations at Moab Valley Inn * Breakfast & Lunch Included

Today you explore Monument Valley, to witness one of the most photographed points on earth. Your tour is guided by those that grew up here and they will teach you why the Navajo consider each formation sacred along with how this area is considered the heart of the earth. Day 5 | August 10 | Springdale

The morning begins with an Antelope Slot Canyon Boat Tour to explore the Lake Powell side of the world-famous Antelope Canyon. The guided boat tour travels down along the Colorado River’s original channel to the canyon opening, with sheer red rock cliffs towering on each side. At Horseshoe Bend you stop for viewing and photographs of Lake Powell’s #1 attraction. A quick stop at Moqui Cave, a most unusual business located inside the cave, we arrive in Zion National Park. Day 6 | August 11 | Bryce Canyon

Take a tram ride this morning through Zion Canyon. With soaring canyon walls on both sides and the Virgin River running parallel to the drive, it is a ride filled with stunning beauty on each and every mile. In Bryce National Park, you stop at Red Canyon visitor center and overlook with additional stops at Rainbow Point, Agua Canyon, Sunset Point, and more. Day 7 | August 12 | Green River

Travel Utah’s Hwy 12 Secenic Byway through Grand Staircase- Escalante National Monument known as one of the most scenic drives in the country. Your afternoon will be at Capitol Reef National Park. Previously known as Wayne Wonderland, the park got its new name in part from the great white rock formations which resembled the US Capitol Building. Day 8 | August 13 | Stapelton

You travel through Colorado National Monument today, with viewing and photography opportunities at Independence Monument, Grand View, Coke Ovens, Fallen Rock, and more. Evening Accommodations at Drury Inn & Suites Denver Stapelton * Breakfast Included

Day 9 | August 14 | North Platte

The day begins with a delicious stop at Hammond’s Candy Factory where candy is still made by hand just like they did in 1920. Day 10 | August 15 | Home

En route home today, take a guided tour of The Mitchell Prehistoric Indian Village & Archeodome. This is the only archaeological site in South Dakota open to the public and contains full-sized reproductions of an earthen lodge, a bison skeleton, and more. Breakfast Included
